Buenger Accounting was founded by Richard Buenger in 1956 and has been serving the Granite City area for 50 years.   Richard was a proud Enrolled Agent and Granite City booster who founded and built both a tax and accounting business and also an assisted living and memory care community- The Fountains of Granite City.   He partnered with Michael Doyle for many years and the business became Buenger-Doyle Tax Service.

Richard passed away in April of 2011, right at the end of tax season, but his companies live on.  Mike Doyle retired in 2012 and we wish him well in his travels.

Buenger Accounting is now run by his wife, Helen Buenger and two son-in-laws, Dan Connors CPA/EA, and Brian Johnson.   They are assisted by Lana Randolph, CPA and our bookkeeper, Chris Rawley

Together we continue to serve the Madison County and St Louis area with accurate, reliable and affordable tax and accounting solutions.
